Berend Sleijster went to Amerika in 1875 (Zt7)

In March 2012 I discovered the track of Berend Sleyster on the website www.findagrave.com...

Bernard Albertus
The track on this website did lead to the grave of the youngest son of Berend: Berend Albertus, born in Rotterdam in 1862 and now called Bernard A. and having the same birthdate as Berend A.

In July 1875 the family departs from the Spiegelstraat in Zutphen.
Father Berend departs straight to Amerika. The 13 year old son Berend went in November with his mother and sisters to Amerika. Probably they lived those 4 months in 'Hummelo en Keppel', near Zutphen, where Johanna and Aleida were both schoolteachers. And from there they were wrote out "to North America".

De gravestone of Bernard memorizes:
   Born : 3-4-1862
   Dead: 3-6-1940
   Married: Emma C., born: 10-10-1865, died: 5-11-1946

He was father of Jessie - she married Harold D. Warnock of Los Angeles. And also of Mrs. L.D. Griswold of Los Angeles.
Bernard sold insurance.

Bernard had 3 sisters: E.F. Weed-Sleyster (died in Dec. 1922), Mrs. E.W. Davis and Mrs. R.S. Platt.
These initials don't look very much like the forenames of his 3 sisters according to the family tree.

On this website we further come across 2 pictures of Bernard:
